Do it yourself with some basic tools?

Betting a vise and two rivet dies/squeezers would work

Replacing one where the tang was cutoff, or swapping to a different type entirely?  (As I can’t see swapping a standard for a standard unless it was cutoff for one of the US adapters or whatever…)

I hate rear rivets, so not me…. Two Rivers gets recommended a lot.

Cut off heads of rivets and use a punch or blunt nail to drive them out
Watch some YouTube videos on how to use a ball peen hammer to form a rivet head.
Practice on some scrap with  cut off nails
When you can make nice heads then use the real rivet on your trunnion

I'd help you do it. With the right tools it's more difficult to remove the old rivets than install a new rear.

This. I carefully dremel off the heads then drill out the center of the rivet shank till it’s paper thin. Then knock out the trunnion with a hard plastic hammer.

Then, install what ever you want. Might need to weld up the holes in the receiver if it’s a different trunnion.
