Seems like everyone does m4 extensions on everything.
A massive shame windham is gone, the a2 barrels they made were superb |

Fulton Armory sells a Criterion barrel advertised as having an A2 Barrel Extension.

Also, other than retrorifles.com, JSE Surplus is the only place I've found that sells non-F-marked FSBs. Apparently Windham is coming back but who knows what they'll sell post bankruptcy. |

View Quote Windham coming back? I hope. I have one of their barrels on my spare parts a2 build. It's a nice shooter I emailed Green mountain (who WW got their barrels from) about getting a 20" barrel with an m16 extension, but no response yet. I don't see why not. They make 12" barrels with m16 extensions, I don't see why a 20" with one is too hard. |

View Quote Not always - depends on how the maker drilled the pin holes on the FSB and if (big IF) they align with the similar relief cuts for those pins in the barrel. As a general rule of swapping FSBs between different barrels is typically that is a "Sorry - close but both pins doesn't align" Bigger_Hammer |

May I suggest the EE here? Rifle barrels pop up often, a lot of times NOS.

Fulton has a minor sale on A2 barrels. Still pretty expensive but the complete barrel is decently cheaper than what fadedsun was quoted a few months ago.
$436 for complete $297 for stripped |

Not sure if it has a rifle extension but Windham is manufacturing A2 barrels again. Not in stock though.
