No..I'm hardly a fan of 'Big Brother' , let alone the ATF , however , the info in these two links are full of 'interesting' info and regs that are surprising both hobby smiths and part/full-time smiths alike.
It would behoove anyone performing work on anyone else's firearm ( or possibly even their own) to take a look-see at some of these crazy-assed regulations and laws.
Remember , knowledge is power ...............and often cheaper than a lawyer.
