Anyone else have this issue? I've had 4 over the last 4 months that were approved and the notification emails were never sent. Each time the customer calls to check status, and the person tells them the approval date - and acknowledges its a known issue.

I never received notification on 2 approved transfers to a trust, even after I requested copies.

Yup, known issue. I usually check every couple of days and reconcile my approvals to emails received.

I had 2 form 4 approved on the same day but only got 1 email notification.

Happened to me. Idk if the dealer didn't believe me since he didn't get the email either, but finally got it sorted out. Got it in my hands about a month or months and a half after it was approved.
This was a year or so ago but from what I've read it happens. Ask the Experts was worthless. I tried getting them to send an email to both of us saying it's approved so the dealer would look in his folder and find it. They never replied and everyone else I talked to was worthless. |

Well you got my hopes up, as I have been waiting for an eform 4 for over 30 days now. I called for status, "pending, sir".

Jesus Christ. I found another that's not on my inventory. I put no name on it so I call NFA branch to ask when it was approved. They refused to tell me anything because I can't tell them the name of the transferee.
I explain the situation of why I'm calling. Bitch acknowledges its a known issue, but wont tell me anything. She is looking at the serial number and it's status, but she wont tell me the approval date so I can look it up in my eforms. for fucks sake. |
