Serial numbers weren't a thing until 1968. They weren't on home-built guns until very recently.  Bruen was an improvement, but it is a little flawed.

Well he's a Bidumb nominee and from all accounts a potato.

So it's not unexpected, besides, it's just permission to play in the 10th Circuit playground. One of the nice things about CO is that you can go from District Court to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1 block. The only travel required (unlike other circuits), is to the SCOTUS.
