Need repair work on my Marlin 39A. Who is reliable in NorTX?

Suddenly my 39A won't feed.  it used to feed everything from Aquila Colibri to .22 LR.  Now it won't lift the rounds so they can be loaded in the chamber.

I need someone who knows 39A's.  I would much rather drive it to some place in NorTX than mail it elsewhere.

But if push comes to shove, I'll send it to whomever can do the work.
