Hopefully improving on OPs abomination of a Strip steak, here’s mine from tonight. No fat trimming, no marinade, just a little kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper.
Mine was medium rare, with grilled baked potatoes, stuffed mushroom caps, and sautéed carrots.  Attached File |
