Based on no other data, moisture in the filament.

Looks like an Ender based on BL Touch and the hotend shroud.

Either wet filament or badly tuned retraction. Of you've used this filament before jts likely wet.

Most likely moisture, but I've also seen running too hot of a hot end temp. This causes the filament to ooze.
