Is mere possession of a completed unserialized polymer80 build illegal?

What about just driving through the state as a non resident?

Yes it is. Only heard of one case being prosecuted where the person was normal. The gun was destroyed, stay out of trouble for a month and case dismissed. All the other cases have been ex-felons possessing or manufacturing.

If numbers are put on it, well, it would be a much harder case to prove.

Can they still be legally serialized if they are complete? Or did that sunset?

Only by an FFL. Good luck.
