Traveling there for work but will have some time to shop around.
Can I buy a rifle or shotgun if I find something I just HAVE to have? Unless things changed, I’m pretty sure I’m SOL on handguns as they have different rules for transfer. Help me, NV folks that know your rules! I’m a Florida Resident if that helps. |

You may buy any long gun that's legal in both NV and FL.
No handguns, no "other" - receivers, Shockwave thingies, etc. Some stores may be uncomfortable with it and refuse the sale. |

You will need to find a Nevada gun shop that will ship it back to a Florida FFL.

From my experience, most will want to ship to a local FFL to the buyer to avoid all the 2 state compliance bs, but you may get lucky and find one willing to do it. |
