It's been mostly rock solid for me, it only very occasionally falls back to 4G but only seen that happen a few times. Have Cox since the early lasvegascablemodem days, even had a static IP back then. Service was ok with some outages but just got tired of price creep and lack of speed. I am on corporate VPN so need quality connection. Overlapped service a couple months and finally told Cox to go pound sand. I'm in the East valley
