Thanks for being here!
I for one, would welcome more lightweight options; that is my main criteria along w/ performance and price.
If a lot of folks were honest with themselves, very few will ever 'test' the capabilities of a 'hard use' suppressor, but would certainly enjoy the benefits of lightness, length, and maneuverability. Question for those who have been- would an average Carbine Course test the limits of a lightweight silencer (say Diligent Defense Enticer Ti?). Has anyone seen one fail at a rifle course?
Similar to sports cars, we all like the idea of 500/600 HP, but few would ever use it on any sort of regular basis. I know, the few outliers will come here and say I mag dump daily while driving my Porsche at 200 mph (good on 'ya!). Or some simply want to be able to if needed. But whutabut' the SHTF, Zombie, Haitian Cannibalism coming to my 'hood? Well, burning out the baffle stack on your suppressor might be the least of your worries, amirit?
Perhaps give us 2 options: Ti for average use, SS or Inconel (or whatever) for hard use.
QUESTION: Is a hi back pressure the best for bolt guns (trapping the gasses for the longest period). Is there anything like a double endcap solution, one endcap with vents for semi auto, one with no vents for bolt guns.
