I'll check it out. I watched the transporter reloaded or whatever it was called, the reboot with the younger guy, and it was pretty bad.

It's a healthy size, but I didn't find it too bulky. I also prefer the lock on these more than any other "axis-lock" style knife.

Full dress? Like silk hat and tails? Impressive.

no

I wear khakis a lot. There is only one attorney in town that, AFAIK, still wears a suit to the office. He's in his 70s. Everyone else wears business casual most days. I wear a suit for court and that's about it.

Visiting your attorney should be an occasion. We should at least be able to dress up as well for our clients as church. it adds to the professionalism.

Add to that the average age of our staff is very low. Dressing the part adds to the clients' confidence. If they saw khakis, they might think they were at target.

We had a client call in about his matter, his wife was using a big downtown firm, probably charging four times more than us. Our client was also an attorney. He was furious because when they went downtown to sign papers for his wife, her attorney showed up in ripped jeans and a t-shirt. "Seriously? This is how little you think of my wife's business, you couldn't even put on appropriate clothes?!" We assured him that even though he couldn't see us, we were wearing suits for the phone call.

It is a topic that has been addressed in a number of issues of the Wisconsin State Bar magazine as well. It detracts from the profession as a whole.

TV series was decent.

Ed Skrein doesn't belong in the role.

I should go back and watch the first one again. I recall enjoying that one quite a bit back then. I don't think I saw any of the other sequels, though. Maybe they're all streaming somewhere.

I don't think I know the new guy from anything else so no preconceptions there, but I agree that he didn't seem right for the role. It calls for an older actor that is able to convey a certain weariness and confidence from experience, and that's why he doesn't put up with any shit, not some young, cocky guy.

Ah I looked it up, he was the doctor from Deadpool. I didn't remember/recognize him. I haven't seen that one in a really long time either. I recall him doing a good job at being an asshole there, though.

Minor spoilers from the newer transporter: I did get a bit of a kick about the dad in the new transporter. He's just going along the whole time thinking "I've been in way worse situations than this" and not really giving a shit. He fell in puppy love way too fast for someone with his backstory, though. As did the main guy, really. And I liked it better when we didn't know the main character's background.

It seems like it could be. Hairs on the vine and the middle leaf does have a little bit of a longer stem. I found it behind a bush coming under the fence from the neighbors. Right were the dog likes to look under to get to the neighbor dog. My dogs eyes are all but rotting out of his head right now and we are trying to figure out what's going on. Vet has him on antibiotic drops and I started him on benadryl yesterday as a last resort. He has had ulcers on his eye before, but now it's in both eyes. Don't see how an ulcer would affect the other on. Gonna call the vet back tomorrow.  Poor guy!

Thanks for the verification. I kinda thought it looked like strawberry. We get that in the yard, but I'm just looking for reasons at this point. He's had bad ulcers before, but this is both eyes at once now and extreme. Hope he doesn't go blind.

Rough day at work today. It was pristine when I clocked in this morning.

Luckily, I put a tempered glass protector on it before I even put it on my wrist the first time. Now I just have to figure out how to get it off without messing up the crystal. It fits pretty tight and it's recessed so I can't really get at an edge.

Knife in process in the background to keep it relevant.
