Especially when you combine it with the fact "the government" doesn't have any rights. Pretty much the entire thing is made up. You get taxed so you don't get jailed A guy takes a job so he can pay his taxes enforcing the law He really doesn't care it is his job You really don't care what the government says either unless the actions send you to jail Therefore we are in a really weird place if you think about it where we are all just playing pretend. |

The government punishes all crimes against itself MUCH more harshly than the exact crime perpetrated on a citizen.

Potatoes are pretty amazing vegetables tbh. Thanks colonialism. Before that we had stupid stuff like stinging nettles if you got hungry.
Potatoes WHICH WE STOLE BY FORCE are much more nutritious, can be fairly easily grown by everyone and stay good for a pretty long time. Also you can cut up the small ones you save to get many plants. The weirdest thing to me is the cube doesn't change. So if I cut up a seed potato into cubes (for each eye) the cube I cut looks identical at harvest time. |
